I have just tried to upload my avatar image. It threw me to a page to add it to my images where I had to log in again. When I pressed Return, it threw me an error page. What can I do? Is it not possible to upload an image from my desktop?

the image has to be in your 'media uploads' or whatever their calling it now (your pictures). once you upload it, it will give you the option to use it as an avatar.
as for having to log in again, i thought they'd changed that.

Ah, thanks. I have found this and uplaoded it (it seems), but it still doesn't show up in the forums. Is there anything else I have to do?
