OWS was thought up by left wing radicals. It does not address the real issues.

The REAL ISSUE, not issues, is that the powerful only lust after more power. Those who oppose the 99 percent are those who want to maintain the crumbling status quo. This age is coming to an end. It can either come to an end compromisingly and compassionately, or we can all just hold hands and sing kumbyya and wait for a doom beyond all comprehension.

The fact is that that "doom" will be by our own hands because of our unwillingness, or shall I say, inability to change and actuall THINK!!! The system that this world has lived under for at least the last 1700 years is collapsing around us. We really have two choices 1} Try to fight the inevitable and maintain the status quo or, and this is much preferable to my way of thinking 2} Let it crumble and try something different.

Everyone, particularly in the U.S, say, "Damn it, I'm not going to live under some socialistic nanny state system!!!" Fine, we don't have to. However, somebody/somebodies had better figure something out and do it soon. The present system is draining down the drain and leaving the dirt from it in the tub....

From your post,I suppose you support the Judeo-Capitalist bankers. Question. How in the hell are the Judeo-Capitalist bankers any better than the Nazis? Oh, they're "God's people?" Riiiiiiiiiight.....

I have an idea. How about we all take a wonderful OPPORTUNITY (now you all have to agree upon what an opportunity is) and p*ss all over it and complain about how it can't blah blah blah or how it doesn't wah wah wah. I've said it over and over again how many of YOU have actually gone out and protested things you were against in this world (Instead of getting on the internet and arguing with five some odd people about it). If you REALLY have a problem with what's going on with OWS then WHY NOT JOIN IT! Why not give it your support and try to direct it in a way that YOU see fit. We call ourselves the 99% for a reason... It's because WE CONSIDER YOU A PART OF IT... whether you like it or not. We are out there fighting on the front line for the freedoms that are disappearing at a horrible rate. Every day a new law is passed to strangle the constitution in it's sleep, and we all do exactly what anyone in a position of power would want.. we argue with ourselves!!! BAM problem solved they don't have to do a d*mn thing just sit and laugh. Now if you really want the privilege no the RIGHT to complain about the OWS movement then get YOUR lazy a$$es out there and see what it is for yourself. This thing has the potential to do anything! Did you get that word "POTENTIAL." That means if you throw your hat into the ring something could actually change the way you want it to! Do you really think that getting on the internet and disagreeing with everybody about everything will ever solve any of the problems we face... if you do then please keep at it. I on the other hand have a serious engagement to attend to. See you guys on the streets...hopefully

Quite true. Honestly, I think that people should be more active. I just get tired of logging into ATS and seeing all this garbage about how OWSer's are "wicked, socialist whatevers." It's getting old.

Because I'm a younger person and when the tea party was growing I wasn't as active in the world as I am today if you want my honest opinion. I can only work with the resources I'm given at the time I'm given them.

First of all, systems have always fallen this is nothing new and history shows us that it is the same formula every time. History repeats itself. Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it. Look at the bolsheviks for instance.

Second, I do not endorse targeting anybody unless they have committed a crime then you have can have my endorsement.

Were you as willing to drill down for your political opponents? No? Truth even comes out of mouths of those you don't like.

You don't think that the bankers, or Judeo Capitalist bankers as you call them,
have committed a crime against the American citizenry for decades? I suggest you read the quoted article. How far down the rabbit hole do you want to go?

When the team further untangled the web of ownership, it found much of it tracked back to a "super-entity" of 147 even more tightly knit companies - all of their ownership was held by other members of the super-entity - that controlled 40 per cent of the total wealth in the network. "In effect, less than 1 per cent of the companies were able to control 40 per cent of the entire network," says Glattfelder. Most were financial institutions. The top 20 included Barclays Bank, JPMorgan Chase & Co, and The Goldman Sachs Group.

John Driffill of the University of London, a macroeconomics expert, says the value of the analysis is not just to see if a small number of people controls the global economy, but rather its insights into economic stability.

Concentration of power is not good or bad in itself, says the Zurich team, but the core's tight interconnections could be. As the world learned in 2008, such networks are unstable. "If one [company] suffers distress," says Glattfelder, "this propagates."

"It's disconcerting to see how connected things really are," agrees George Sugihara of the Scripps Institution of Oceanography in La Jolla, California, a complex systems expert who has advised Deutsche Bank.

I agree. I mean you can even call the movement whatever you want, but how many of these people have actually been down to a rally and talked to the people down there. Everyone keeps spouting about this person supporting OWS and that person supporting OWS. I even met a tea party...er (don't know how to spell that one) at occupy New Orleans a few weeks ago and we practically agreed on everything from ending the fed to the 2nd amendment. Sure we had our disagreements about a few things but who doesn't. HELL I bet I even have a few things in common with a Nazi but that doesn't mean I want to kill the next Hebrew person I see. People are people guys. And no matter what we can ALL come together and at least agree that "something is wrong and something needs to be done." First if we can agree on this and all come together than secondly we could focus on the smaller issues. But come on you KNOW the bigger issues are easy to agree on... and Beezer I know your heart is in the right place but EVERY single post you've had about this thing has been so so negative man (or woman). If you truly feel that way about it then please NEVER complain about anything in the US again because this is kind of an opportunity you're wasting.

I no longer associate myself with Tea Partiers, 99%ers, or 1%ers. I am part of the estimated 53% who work and pay taxes to support the estimated 47% who don't pay taxes or work.

Much better company and a helluva lot less whining.

Yes. You can tell how racist the OWS movement is by all the black, asian, latino, and all the other races everywhere in all videos online....you can tell they are racist the way they speak of equality, everywhere....you can tell how racist they are as they share warmth, food, money....

Does BEEZER translate to shill in English. You cannot possibly be that stupid. You are painting your stupidness into a corner...

Now go tell a mod, I made you cry so they can remove another post I made to you that you complain about to them, getting your feelings hurt, because I openly displayed your sillyness.....

because of your obvious lack of comprehension, I will take the time to explain to the short bus patron that just because David Duke publically endorses a group, does not mean anything, so stop spreading your stupidity around and trying to lie that OWS supports david Duke because that really just solidifies my thought that you are a propagandist, and a liar.

You are not debating anything by spreading lies. I am sorry, I thought you may have known that...Carry on in your reality...

Outstanding! Good job! Silence those with a different opinion. Silence those that disagree with you. That pesky 1st ammendment gets rather annoying, doesn't it?
