i think that lit is dumb. if you eat healthy why worry about BP and cholesterol???
allow me to edit that list.

1.exercise daily

2.balanced diet

3.drug/alcohol free

I talked to a doctor once, i schooled that guy.
Im not a doctor i just spend too much time on the computer surfing google and wiki.
soo..this doctor is retarded for this dumb list
