What do you mean when you say "CIA front companies" and they have "two personalities"? CIA can buy or acquire civilian aircraft to a better cover-up for its operations in BaseCamp and other sites? That is, CIA buy a civil aircraft, they change the identification number of the queue and they modify it entirely?

The classic CIA front company was Air America, not to be confused with the defunct radio network.

I've never see CIA registered aircraft in the FAA database.

The CIA flies in three manners. One is to just use some government plane, either USAF or Department of State. CIA use of the USAF aircraft was proven during the rendition investigations. Second, the CIA just charters a plane. This was shown in the rendition program via the Richmor aircraft and especially in the Richmor lawsuit. Third, the CIA gets some front company to own the plane, often using the lawyer's address as the registrant. In theory all the names on the front company incorporation documents have to be real people. In practice, some corporate officers in the front companies are fake names. The real corporate officers are "trusted" people, like Ronnie Powers.

John Lear (on ATS) says he flew for the CIA. If you want to do an internet search, check out Tosh Plumley. He flew for Evergreen (real company that did CIA charters), Petroleum Helicopter, etc. Tosh did two or three interviews on Expert Witness Radio.

These people, who are trying to determine if the device is effective to intercept them at a certain distance, are military, contractors, or USAF? It is interesting to see this kind of data, because if we begin to theorize a bit, the Groom Lake EDACS surveillance and trunk radio system, this tracking device has something to do with the tracking system that appears in BaseCamp?

Presuming that is ground surveillance radar, they are probably just doing a test to see how high it needs to be for a given range. Or perhaps blind spots due to buildings on the ground blocking the radar.

The EDACS trunk radio system is not a surveillance device, other than the eyeballs of the users.

This doesn't warrant a new thread, but as a FYI, there is a new dirt pile just east of the Base Camp runway.

The photos jump from 2006 to 2010, so that is the best I can do to pin down whenever they dug up or buried something. I suppose they could just be blading the roads and dumping the dirt there.

Apart from simple theories, like that BaseCamp is a place of rest for Temporaty Duty Yonder Groom Lake and TTR personnel, and to spend the weekend with the family, for that USAF used BaseCamp, to refuel their aircrafts, for training for special operations?

It is hard to follow your question.

Base Camp is used for special ops training, perhaps special ops testing, and perhaps to maintain Halligan Mesa.

There is no way to know exactly what the mission is for Base Camp. The official story is Base Camp exists for recreation, but nobody believes that.

Security always gets bumped up at Basecamp if something is being tested at Groom Lake because basecamp is basically where aircraft go if they botch their takeoff from Groom lake. This is why there is firetrucks and emergency vehicles there and why the runway is closed. If anyone ever sees Aurora touching down at Basecamp, let me know
.

Also, does anyone know if the security guard still works there, hes an old guy and he got very irritated when people used to photograph the airfield?
