Some call it the survival of the fittest. I don’t think that way but unfortunately that’s how some government and revolutions worked and ended, we all have a destiny and that was the end of his life. He was one of the greatest leaders in Africa in my opinion; he tried to keep his people free of the western world. Unfortunately his cunning ways and undemocratic government that the people of Libya wanted have got him killed.

I didnt't like the man personally but who was that man to take the life of another. I hear all the stories about the things gaddafi did but doing this just put the rebels down to his level.

I couldn't agree more with that comment. There is nothing more to say on this issue. Put succinctly and accurately. This world is filled with hypocrisy of the highest order.

I know , the OP's summary is twatish, no it's that of a twat. He/she is making a presumption, aka "the will of the people" without a clue as to who "The people" are, since he didn't say.

Skewed,
I understand that you may have an opinion in some way over who lives or dies, but you must never contribute to officialdom which was never there in the first place,

www.csmonitor.com...

That indictment is of June this year and alludes to this year, what about the last 40 years? No ICC indictments, or if there were, not much done about it, never mind the Lockerbie bomber,

www.guardian.co.uk...

Now, after reading the link do you see why Gaddafi is no longer with us.

I can assure you, I loose no sleep at all now that he is gone.

If I had lived 40+ years under his tyranny, I might have put a bullet in his head myself.
