UFO Captured During Sunday Night Football Broadcast Oct. 23, 2011

Not much more I can add to that title, it is what it is, a UFO.
You see it in slow motion first, then at regular speed toward the end.



It can't be a streaking meteorite, it has a distinct curve to it's trajectory. A shooting star wouldn't curve like that. Any ideas?

A plane that moves at light speed? When the video is played at regular speed, the object streaks across the screen in less than 1 second. It does look like that picture, but it was recorded in real time when it streaked across.

I don't think it's a bug, or one of those rods, no wings or spiral corkscrew shape, but there are dots or something around it.

Arrrgggg.... I saw the video had 1 view so I didn't bother doing a search.

The video was sped up about 100X as evident by the PLANE that flies by at what you call 'light speed'.....

It's done often in 'movie magic'...More often than you would think....

I lived near New Orleans for many years and must tell you that THAT is most likely a dragonfly (Could be a lightening bug also). I watched the clip a few times and I have seen those type of "anomolies" many times in homemade videos of BBQs and crawfish boils. Many of the dragonflies have an irridescent glow about them, especially at night when areas are lit a certain way. They move at such a high speed too, which would make their wings look invisible and would be distorted in time lapsed video. The curve in the flight pattern is also typical of dragonflies, since they arch their bodies often in flight.

It is a so called "flying Rod"

Strange thing is.. They normally "debunk" it by saying it is a close camera event (so it seems fast) This one appears to be flying behind the building.. That is not close...

That's what it appears to do, fly behind the building.
Nothing has been debunked or proven in either thread as of yet, just guessing and calling it a plane/bug/stop motion-time lapse-long exposure. I see none of that here.

The camera in real time pans around and catches this object streaking across the sky.

Well I can tell you that aliens could have landed in the superdome and we Saints fans wouldn't have taken our eyes off Drew Brees....freakin awesomeness!!!! Did yall see that game?? Beat the Colts 62-7! Sorry....just sayin....
ETA: OP....in all seriousness...I don't have a clue what that could be. It does move fast though.

Helicopter zooming by a camera that has a long exposure setting on. My guess would be a little over a second per exposure, considering the number of strobe dots in each image.
