I can't access chat, what is the deal?

Like I said, I cant get into it, havent been on in quite a while and I really feel like a bit of a chat. Im using a mac and firefox and cannot make it past the initial screen, it simply does not do anything. Any ideas? I have searched other threads on this but nothing is helping me access it, any answers would be great. Thanks

ps very fast internet, but it still does nothing, Ive cleared cookies and caches and still nill nada....

pps seems like its down because of abuse, cant people grow up already? Come on.....

It is more than likely that your java rolled back

try this
Click Start > Settings > Control Panel.
Double-click Java icon. The Java Control Panel appears.
Click the Update tab.

If you cant find it type java into your start search bar

The chat program runs off of java, so its the most likely, and I just logged into chat without issue

I have the same problem, I can't get into chat. My Java is up to date I can't figure out what to do, can you help??
