Is it not amazing that after failure in Iraq, nobody indeed is held responsible? The country is sinking deeper into chaos by the hour, and there is no plan to pull out American troops mired in the mess over there. Who's gonna answer for the policies that cost America so much?

I know what you mean. It's like, why were their promotions given out right after 9/11? Why was no one held accountable? For example, General Richard Meyers was promoted right afterwards.
