Id like to first say I dont know if this hack has been confirmed or is just the start of somthing bigger, but i can confirm that i know anonymous supports many victims of child abuse amoungst other forms of abuse amounst its ranks and i feel that this attack if true is just the start of anon going for these sick ass puppys out their and we all know that it aint just your avarage people involved in these sick rackets im sure anon will be soon tracking all the players they can on the net and off the net these peados better watch because we are entering a new world were the honest hard working lawful public sees that these things is connected all the way to the top and will involve no doubt celebritys and law makers and people in many respected positions.

Do you realize how many people own Android phones? Do you realize how many people do not know that when they "sync" their phone, their private data -- phone logs, text logs, contact list and possibly even location location data are sent to Google? It's the ultimate "chip".

I absolute support TOR and have run a TOR node from time to time. The outlaw behavior of our criminal, broke government should be reason enough for us all to rally around TOR.

I don't know if they can take down freedom hosting altogether, nor do I know if some people are using it for legitimate free speech purposes. If so, it may not be a good idea to ban the free speech, just ban the child porn.

I admit I have been skeptical about the Anons( I still am)..but I will give credit where credit is do. Even if no actual names or persons can be tracked down...the shear fear of the "possibility" of users identities getting out may slow down the influx of these sites.

I think 0.3% of the internet can be accessed through typical search engines. everything else is hidden. My brother was looking around using tor the other day, it's scary what kind of stuff is on there.
No joke, there is anything an everything you can imagine, You can even Buy hitmen etc. think the currency used for this stuff is bitcoins.

I just hope they didn't bust any ongoing police investigations which will now have to be abandoned because their targets have just been outed.

But, that said, if the police haven't been able to find out and close this lot down by now, then they're not doing their jobs properly.

That is possible, since there are no real identities released.

BUT, I'll give them props for at least disrupting these lowlife child predators.

It's difficult to be critical of anonymous on this one. In fact I'm compelled to publicly praise their efforts here. Can't see any real harm here, and more good than anything else.

Once again Anonymous are doing what those in Authority should be doing. If the authorities done their jobs correctly, then we in anonymous would not have to take drastic action to close down disgusting and abusive websites. Those of you who are criticising anonymous for doing this. What do you want us to do? Leave those sites as they are, so more paedophiles can look at photos of children? I do not think so.

Here we go, on another witch hunt. If those pedos didnt have somewhere to go to bask in their indulgences, then what do you think comes next? REAL CRIME. Yes. If the police were going to do something about it, they should have done something about it. I get the same rhetorical statements when it comes to Nigerian 419 scams. The police always say we should let them handle it...yet they don't. I'm 100% behind vigilante justice. My only regret is that Anon didn't find a way to kill these scumbags.

Many anon lovers are pedophiles, what better way does the group have to shake that image and actually do something good?

Awesome - now if LE will get busy and go after these creeps, the peds that is. This is where hacking has its greatest victories and sets apart the crimninal element from the essential hacker in finding and expoliting for the good of everyone.

My apologies, I thought that would be rather clear with my post.

I applaud Anon for doing the right thing.

Yet at this same time am concerned with this show of power. Not everything is as black and white as child abuse. Perhaps the evils of broccoli should be outed...

I want to "woooo i have now some respect for anon". But i remember hearing/reading somewhere that police can not use evidence illegally obtained. Would that be the case here?
