What is this flag?

On Dexter a few days ago (Sunday s06e04) that 'design' was on the horses nose... Could be the four horses of the apocalypse design... watch the opening 'previously on Dexter' and you will see it... does it match?

Oh wow thanks for the tip on the dexter episode, Im watching it now and I seen the horses, it looks just like the pic posted on page one of this thread, the ministry pic, you might be on to something there, Also I wanted to add, how about that subliminal slip by dexter's sister when she was giving the press conference, "see something say something", OMG!!!
