Has anyone felt an increased amount of energy the last few days?, page

I don't know if its just me, but the last few days i have noticed an increase in energy; feeling as if i could go without sleep. I don't consider myself someone who eats relatively healthy or be in good physical condition. I am not sure why i have felt like this and would like to know if anyone else has noticed this change?

You're not the first to post a thread like this.
A LOT of people are feeling something as of lately.

I wonder if it's something to do with the 28th of this month,
or if people are simply spending too much time here on ATS.

If you're referring this to the paradigm shift in to the 4th and 5th dimension I will say yes, I have felt some things that correlate to 'the shift' however, I also reserve judgement as it could quite easily be my mind obsessing with this shift and relating certain feelings/occurrences to it.

Basically, I'm standing by for further proof/experience either way whilst staying aware of all potentials.

This sums up how I feel about it, too.
I've been feeling strange. Not my usual normal. I think I know why and I hope I'm right, but I'm not sure.
"Standing by" is a great way to put it because it just feels like I'm waiting to see.

Even my kids have been talking about feeling "weird" as they put it and they're not really aware of all of this.

I'm a little edgy. What if it's not what we think it is? What else would it be?

There have been a number of threads relating to this in the past few days. I don't mention that to squash yours, but to point out that many are feeling something distinctly different than the norm. It seems to vary by person, but is consistent in being very much out of the ordinary.

Perhaps we'll all know before too long what this has all been about. Some of us have been feeling a much more subtle shift building for far longer...I'm certainly ready to find out why.

Well your increase in energy would be nice to have because as for me I feel like I could sleep for a month. My battery is dead. All I want to do here lately is sleep. Infact I am going to feed the cat and go to be now.

Same as me, i do a lot of research about it. And i practice some vibrational stuff, trying to increase it. I dont meditate enough i think. But i feel it, the energy too. Just a weird vibe. I see it too kinda, its really odd, cant really explain it.

times are changing, i guess we can all feel it..

Good or bad energy? Because, the last couple of days where I live, has been like watching an unending 'Cops' episode. Police cars at the twin neighboring apartment complex, police officers in my hallway as I'm returning from the store the day before. Last night, with my windows open (nice mild warm/cool temps) I listened to people in a bodashious fight. A couple hours after that, I heard some vehicle screeching in the street and a guy yelling swear words. More tire screeching and police sirens, later.

Tonight, about an hour ago, all of a sudden, like out of one of those teen supernatural tv shows, the wind suddenly picked up, it started lightning, the cat ran and hid, and I had a dizzy sensation like when you are on a carnival ride.
Now, in the last hour before midnight, all is calm and dead quiet.

What a ride.

It's funny you mention it, there's been people getting shot and a few brawls in public places with even more siren/police activity over the weekend in my neighborhood (South Melbourne, AUS).

I quite felt a negative energy in Melbourne in general over the weekend.

Could just be me trippin' though!

Absolutely. It's been happening to me for the past year or so. You are 'waking up'. LOL. Ironic how it stops you going to sleep!
