lol in my ascetic period in my teens i went a whole month without eating
just drank juice or coke
after the 1st 48hrs your stomach stops grumbling
that said, after a while, you don't want to eat again and lose your new found "purity"
so long term fasting should be supervised when you're beginning
also don't break your fast with a big bowl of scrambled eggs and mashed potatoes like i did
