Namely, there is no capable challenger. Honestly, look at the guys the opposition is fielding against Obama.

If Obama wants to spend four more years on Pennsylvania avenue, all he has to do is smile and wave and watch whatever poor schmuck the republicans toss at him self-destruct.

Clinton didn't need a distraction in 1996. Reagan didn't need one in 1984. Obama will not need one in 2012. The competition is just that bad.
