There are a lot of tours like this already in London, such as the Ghost Bus and the many Jack The Ripper tours. They're all about 2 hours long.
Only problem is, i'm not sure i'd like to be walking round with my iPhone out in some of the places it takes you.

This looks rather interesting and could be a great help for many different reasons.
You could be a tourist on a ghost tour of your very own or actively seeking somewhere to do investigations or at least make contact with places that have reports of paranormal activity in order to organise an event or the like.
I'd be very interested just to wander around London and check all the places out one at a time.. I wonder how long that would take??? Will I need a packed lunch?? Are there fees to enter any of these places (be prepared, as they say) Maybe this app will have all this sort of info, but seeing as it's not launched yet until the 24th, I guess we'll have to wait and find out

Well, you could plot and plan your route and write it all down on a bit of paper before you head out..
That way, your phone never needs to leave your pocket
