Cain and Romney caught in campaign cash scandal

RT says that Cain and Romney are swindling money out of their own campaign funds.
Seems you can always trust a politician to take your money and make promises, but where that money and promises go, is anyone's guess.

Granted, this news is from RT, which seems to be pretty accurate about news so long as it isn't internal Russian news, so, take it as you will.

Sarah Palin did the same thing with money donated to her pac. I certianly don't support this but it does seem to be perfectly legal and done alot by all the poloticians. Until we take the money out of polotics i'm afraid stories like this will keep popping up.

Well, from reading the article...it sounds like Cain is in a bigger mess than Romney.

Cain used campaign money to buy $100,000 worth of his own book...thus he is directly profiting from it.

Romney is just accused of using companies, and paying money to them, that are owned or affiliated with past business partners. There is nothing illegal about that...just looks a little shady. The article isn't questioning the validity of the services paid for...just that he knows the owners.


Cain may be screwed over by this...especially if he starts climbing the "best sellers" list by basically buying his own books...as the article states.
