Henry Kissinger, 1978: “U.S. policy toward the third world should be one of depopulation”

Bertrand Russell, The Impact Of Science On Society 1953 “I do not pretend that birth control is the only way in which population can be kept from increasing… War… has hitherto been disappointing in this respect, but perhaps bacteriological war may prove more effective. If a Black Death could be spread throughout the world once in every generation survivors could procreate freely without making the world too full… The state of affairs might be somewhat unpleasant, but what of that? Really high-minded people are indifferent to happiness, especially other people’s… There are three ways of securing a society that shall be stable as regards population. The first is that of birth control, the second that of infanticide or really destructive wars, and the third that of general misery except for a powerful minority…”

Mikhail Gorbachev: “We must speak more clearly about sexuality, contraception, about abortion, about values that control population, because the ecological crisis, in short, is the population crisis. Cut the population by 90% and there aren’t enough people left to do a great deal of ecological damage.”

Jacques Cousteau UNESCO Courier 1991: “In order to save the planet it would be necessary to kill 350,000 people per day.”

UN Biodiversity Treaty UN Global Biological Assessment Sustainable Human Populations: “Population growth has exceeded the capacity of the biosphere” (i.e. the earth) “It is estimated that an ‘agricultural world’ in which most human beings are peasants should be able to support 5 to 7 billion people.”

They sound like the kind of people I would love to have over for dinner

More so if I was a cannibal

Which would fit in just fine with their value systems

Well they're not doing a very good job at this de-population business are they. World populations has or is just about to hit 7 billion !

it would be double that without their efforts

we need to consider the child-bearing capabilities of the next generation

don't imagine for a minute that they will rush their 5,000 year old plan and try and use force to gain power over us

they want to boil us slowly like the frog, so we dont notice what is happening until it is too late

People that power hungry would never wait generations to see their plans come to fruition. The whole NWO thing falls off the tracks when people assume they would wait thousands of years.

5000 years ago a concept of overpopulation would be absurd.

There's no benefit for the power hungry to lower populations. All good things come from overpopulation in the eyes of a tyrant. Poverty, lack of acceptable education, hunger, legions of troops and reason enough to use them. No, if they are controlling the population, that'd make them the good guys who happen to be doing an awful job at it.

World population is spiraling out of control in some places, in countries like Ethiopia population is roughly doubling every generation. How could a group supposedly powerful enough to control the world be so inefficient?

Control is largely an illusion.

Walk into the wilderness and break a law while no one is watching and
pretty good odds your not going to get in trouble for it.

A trick of the mind to get the ppl to police themselves.

Neighbors not trusting each other and ratting each other out, and government thugs making rounds
using intimidation to keep ppl in line via fear and other means.

At times thru history you will see ppl ignore the laws, smoking of some plants is an example
where the ppl by the millions ignore the law even to their peril.

It is basically a victimless crime, but the system doesn't care.

There are quite a few victimless crimes around the world.

There have been uprisings all over the world and the power mad simply bring in some jedi mind trick
to calm the masses and make them go back to work enriching the few at the top.

It happens over and over, and likely will never end because the ppl keep falling for the
same tricks by the pirates and looters at the top.

The sled dogs love pulling the sled for the man with the whip.

Some ppl see it all and just decide to "opt out" and sit on the sidelines, some have taken
the time to write about it and plea with the ppl.

For the most part they go unheard, and so it goes...

Good Luck to all the good ppl of the world !!!

That makes zero sense... Less people is easier to control in populated areas (not the woods)... Over population can cause a revolution in the masses when the people finally get fed up with the broke @ss system.

On child abuction:

one of the most interesting stories in my knoweledge quest was of Johnny Gosch and the Franklin Cover up.

Basically this boy was kidnapped on a paper route only to (supposedly) become a sex slave for high end government officials and big wigs. This story would be outlandish if people did not indeed go to prison for "the frankling cover up". Ironically , they were charged of the child prostitution/trafficking but the only person convicted ( the black elected fall man) was convicted of imbezzlement or something stupid, as convicting him of child trafficing would have too many well known people in the fire.

Paul Bonnaci , another abducted child victim, came forward and revealed the gruesome underworld to high end trafficking. Though he was branded a loon, AND no one was convicted for specific sex acts, this victim received 1 MILLION dollars for his troubles. wtf???

Bohemian Grove was implicated - illuminati and NWO satanic worshipers - as taking part in the child abduction and lewd acts.

Years later Jonny Gosch questionably arose as a Jeff Gannon, a Bush white house journalist with no experience, no researchable history, and a security clearence though he was a male interente escort.

You can read about the bases of the case on this ATS thread
www.abovetopsecret.com...

The abductions in America and world wide have a great deal to do with the ceremonies, and huge scale sex trafficking of children by the "elite" satanist - worshipers of Baal.

you can see a johnny gosch / jeff gannon comparison here:

The 9 heads of hydra are a favorite of the New World Ordered according to specifications that suit this coming extinction of many in the 7 billion population. The flooding maps found in the websites created by our USA government tell what part of the population will be drowning. One of the Intelligent Interface Heads of Hydra is able to herd the vast population to remain where they are while they drown. This simply means they will not be here when the weather heats up the other areas where farming is done. The new climate will be due to the glare from the rising tides. The lights from special satellites are there to keep some of us who do not admit the lights are there, from knowing we are fooled. The reason why they allow us all to survive is to ensure the Intelligent Interfaces continue to learn all about us. they do this wirelessly collecting our algorithms as we learn.

if you have done your homework you would understand how long they have been working on the NWO

their depopulation plans can only be deployed once they have the key positions of influence needed and we can see this kicking off with WW1

no rush on their part they can kill us off at their liesure

The Green Revolution of the postwar years saw stunning increases in crop yields thanks to plant genetics and modern farming techniques. Indeed, the world today is already producing enough food to feed 12 billion, according to the Food and Agriculture Organisation

A staggering amount of food is wasted each year in the process of getting it from the farm gate to the consumer.

If the food that is today thrown away, spoiled or eaten by pests along the way were instead delivered to kitchen tables, the amount of food available for eating would increase by an astonishing 50 per cent, according to a major new research project co-ordinated through Canada's McGill University.

Governments need to set frameworks, but it's markets that do the work of improving efficiency. One of the increasingly fashionable reactions by governments is to resort to protectionism under the misnomer of ''food security''.

The distribution of food in the world is already bastardised by the protectionism in the richest nations. Closing borders and supply lines will make the problem worse, not better.

food for thought

More like processed to justify Global Corporate Government under a "free trade" legal framework that entrenches and glorifies corporate rights while demolishing civil rights, human rights and public health considerations. ....A link would be nice, btw.

The argument against sovereign corporate rights and "free trade" in food:

Global epidemic: A plague waiting to happen

...The 1918 “Spanish” flu epidemic ...killed between 50 million and 100 million people, around four to seven per cent of the world population and many more than were killed in the Great War. The mortality rate was between five and seven per cent, and the virus was easily transmissible....

If a virus like this were to emerge today, what would happen? On the positive side, .... A vaccine would be developed eventually, and antiviral drugs would be distributed, doubtless saving many lives. In the 1918 outbreak, millions died from secondary bacterial infections, which we now treat with antibiotics.

But, in many ways, we would be in an even worse position than the war-ravaged world of 1918 to deal with such an epidemic. Back then, few people moved much beyond their local communities and intercontinental travel took weeks. Today, a million humans are in the air at any one time and an aggressive, transmissible influenza (with an incubation period typically of a few days) could be on every continent within 36 hours.

Our cities are far bigger, and tens of millions more people live in proximity to each other than in 1918, maximising the ability of the infection to spread.

The Achilles heel of modern society is its complexity. In 1918, a lot of people lived in the countryside, grew their own food and were able to maintain what machines they had. Today, we are dependent on a complex web of supply chains and technologies that few individuals can master or even understand. It is easy to imagine the mass panic if something like the “Spanish” flu strain were to emerge. .....

.....not that the situation isn't incredibly complicated.

ah yes, the link
www.smh.com.au...

it is 'too easy' to spread diseases in modern society

funny, I remember say 10 years ago and back, when you took an international flight, they used to walk along the cabin spraying over passengers with what I can only imagine was some form of decontaminant

they dont do this anymore - hmmmm..........
