Thats much better mate, you can really see the detail now. Your right about acceptability being an issue though. Some competitions will allow minor cropping others will allow photoshoped images whilst some others demand shots straight out of the camera no messing. You have to check the rules of each one carefully.

I like the B/W picture with the scoot, it has contrast of old world and new. Cool

Smudge,

Nice perspective on the Taxi. You like to shoot a lot at night?
I do too..Helps to have a manual setting. I looked up your camera specs.
Nice Camera!

Plasmamorph,

Welcome!, glad you managed to get your pics up.
They're great, I'm particularly fond of the Cow pic as well . where were these taken?

Enron,

I have to agree, with the resolution you have, the butterfly is even MORE impressive! Nice doggy too!

Hallo Smudge & EnronOutrunHomerun
The shots are in a remote country place near Pune, in India.
Those cows are tamed
. They pull the cart. And I took the picture when they were resting under a tree.
The cows are very inteligent. They are left free by the owners who tamed them. The cows go walking miles distance when they are not pulling the cart, and come back to their owners house accurately.

THIS IS THE CART THAT THEY PULL

ANOTHER PICTURE OF A WILD FLOWER

Good wishes, see you.

I'm no artist, I leave that to my sister.

The main subjects of my photos are:

1. My cat

2. Clouds

Those pictures where taken with an Epson Photo PC 650, a cheap and relatively old cammera.

OK, Pet pics

Everyone loves a shiny new puppy!
This is Abbey, I think she wants to play..

This is Marjan. She looked "WILD" in this pic..I always thought she had great markings..

Finally, Pauley..He's pretty stoic, and is a "watcher".
I think this depicts his attitude..

ok, whos up? Show us your pets...!

This was my cousin's cat. Unfortunately, he was poisoned by some stupid neighbour who does not like animals.

Please tell me if you have problems seeing the images, the server may have some problems.

My friend plays cross harp in a blues/ RnB band so I pooped along and took some the other night.
He's the coolest bloke I know. A proper MOD.

Awesome Smudge...I love those nightclub tones...looks like he gets into his music! Wish I could have been there to hear it...

Here's a couple pet photos...

This is my cat, Belle, in all her fluffiness

Here's my pit, Dante - he's a stout little beast...that's a leaf by his tail - lol

And well...of course, this isn't a pet...but it was dinner for a banana spider near my house....

Jesus, thats gotta be some spider to eat that dragon fly. I'm so glad Ilive in the uk we don't get big nasty critters. I hate anything that moves faster than me.
They're great dogs, does he try and kill the cat?

They get along okay...lol...the cat is declawed in the front, but she still takes swipes and he seems to get the picture - he gets to roughhouse with his brothers and sisters on the weekends, so that usually gets it out of his system...

Yeah - banana spiders get friggin huge and they're all over the place here...This is the spider from the web in that pic above...it's main body is about the size of your thumb and the entire spider is about as large as your hand...they're harmless though, and they can actually be very very "pretty"...the one below the other photo is not one I took, but just an example of their variety I found from here.

I think this guy was eating a horse fly...

Here's an example of their pattern variations...

Keep Off Geotube...Screw that! I'm working on an entire portfolio of photos depicting people doing exactly what they're not supposed to....titled "Do Not Enter"

Only in New York eh?

Oh yeah, that feels good.

****That's all I have, I don't have much more upload space on my ATS account, and those are all off the scanner hehe

Wow - those are some beautiful pictures ArtStarr...
I'm assuming your avatar is also one of yours?
I wish they were a little larger...
You have far more of an artisitc flare to your shots...
Most of mine are just random point and clicks...

I'm running low on my stockpile btw...which is why
I havn't posted recently...I have a few more I could
probablly put up, maybe some more I could scan in...
Looks like it's time for me to go out and take a few more

Enron- yesh indeed my avatar is one of my own, the quality was not very good however.

I cannot upload many more becaue I do not have enough upload space on here, I can only show those which are on websites eh?? But I will hopefully be oading the rest onto my website so that i can put them on here. haha hooray! here are a few:

too bad that one has such a bad quality, the real photo is much sharper, it just got messed up in the uploading. its the most surreal viewpoint in all of new york city.
