Can Anyone Identify This Object/Light On Google Earth

In the far N/E of Hokkaido, Japan there is a small bay that seems unusually to have a darkened area with a strange blob of light in the top right hand corner at 43°34'48.95"N, 145°17'36.16"E

The dark area seem to have been placed because at 43°33'29.51"N, 145°16'23.46"E there is string of man made breakwalls that extend into the darkened area.

Is this a result of a mapping fault or something else.

Mostly wondering what the blob of light is.

My eyes playing tricks or something.

Unknown on the first object ( fuzzy boat image ? ) , but the second looks like tidal booms of a sort .

How ever there are some image stitching errors here 43°24'55.14"N 145°15'33.92"E in the same general area .
