Woke up in the morning after some ok sleep.... but I really didn't get a full nights worth.. .so around 4:00 pm when I had got back home I decided to take a nap... well this nap ended up being more like a full on sleep session cause I was out a good 3 and half to 4 hours... this would also be one of the most profound dream sessions I've ever had in my life, and one of the most clearest.

First off I don't know how this dream started but some of the first memories of this dream just melts into existance as I type right now (if that makes sense). I was in a huge room, something like a gymnasium, and the whole room was filled with ALL my friends from past and present. The weird thing about this is all my friends varied in age. From friends I had when I was very young and never heard from again (like 16 to 20 years ago.... I'm 26) to now, to everything inbetween... really weirded me out. All my friends were in different little groups, huddle together, some talking, some sitting on the ground looking around, some LAYING on the ground, like this was some chill spot.... and everyone was interacting with each other.

While I'm standing in the corner, taking in this big spectacle, one of my friends (we will call him R).... walks up to me with some type of PC Tablet/Ipad device.... he came up saying "ay, you good with electronics? This thing has been displaying gibberish ALL day!" Well I look at R's PC tablet and all I can see is some running ASCII code... just non-stop... It filled up the whole screen and was just running and running non-stop. I didn't understand it at all but I grabbed the Tablet and just touched the screen with my hand.... and mysteriously it went back to it's desktop. R looked at me with a type of reverance like I was other-worldly... he then grinned and said thanks.

Next thing I know... i'm in my car, no transition whatsoever. I'm driving and immediately in front of me is a fallen tree in the middle of the road... I swerve around it and as soon as I did that I looked up to the sky. To my astonishment I see the moon.... but WOOOOOOWWWWWWWW was it frightening. The moon was 10 times bigger than what it normally was (rough estimate).... but actually it was probably even bigger because I was looking straight on and it took up 30-40% of the right side of my field of vision (if that makes sense at all) ....TRULY shocking... and from what I can remember it looked as if something had hit the moon and what that "something" was had literally knocked all the dust off of the moon... it was swirls of dust clouds around it that looked like solar flares but instead they were grey and they were coming from the moon (I guess you could call them lunar flares???? ).. I could feel this doom... and it felt VERY real like the moon was on a collision course with the earth. The doom and dread was sooo real that while driving I went into actual and total shock... to the point where I was holding the steering wheel with my fingertips shivering while almost trying to ball up into a fetal position WHILE DRIVING (if that makes any sense)... this image really crumpled me like an old piece of paper because for some reason I knew it was over for EVERYBODY and EVERYTHING!!!!

This image shocked me outta of my sleep, and i woke up (well at least I thought I woke up!). Well, when I "woke up" I rose up slightly and looked at the dresser near the foot of my bed.... and on my dresser were two ping pong balls (weird)... I looked at these balls INTENSELY, and to my amazement the two balls started to float (woooow... I got powers now! ). Well this is the lucid part of the dream, cause with my new jedi mind tricks I willed the balls to me.... I watched these two balls raise up off of the dresser, float in the air and come within arms reach of me. As soon as they got close enough I snatched them out of the air. I looked down at my closed hand and then opened it.. and instead of it being two ping pong balls in my hand there was a roll of "postal tape".... before I could grasp what the hell had just happened I woke up in real life....

I really dont know what to take from this dream within a dream but it had me VERY perplexed the whole day. All the feelings in the dream felt too real... I actually woke up trembling... just amazed me completely. The image of the moon is still burnt into my retinas!!!! I've never had a dream so clear in my life... it has truly stuck with me and if I was any kind of an artist I would try to draw this shocking image...

I've never had a dream with such impending doom... I mean I've had dreams where I have been chased, or I'm having a struggle with someone, or I've been shot, stabbed, falling off a cliff, things like that but NOTHING at all like this... it was so clear and it's got my mind racing... It's got me looking forward to dream land but at the same time it's got me sorta worried about going to sleep, lol. I don't want to see the sequel to this slight nightmare but at the same time I do. If there are any dreams I have in the future that is in any way related to this dream within a dream then I will be sure to catalog it as soon as I wake up!!!

Woooooow .... what a day though..... and what a dream (within a dream)!!!!

I'd like to add that I have had extremely vivid dreams the past couple weeks, as well as about half a dozen lucid dreams.

I have a feeling weird things are afoot.... like an awakening or something...




or I could just be "psyched" because of this crazy dream.... the telekinesis part of my dream within a dream kicked major butt and hopefully one day it'll be true... maybe not in my lifetime but maybe my reincarnation will be in a place in time where things like telekinesis is as simple as walking is right now....


The doom part of my dream is just downright scary though.....

I had similar dream where there was two moons in the sky, doesn't sound bad
but it was when I was dreaming it!

nothing but panic and terror.

When I was a kid I often dreamt the same things, way before I knew about the nature of the moon and space. I can remember it to this day, and the feeling of ultimate fear, that it is the total end. Something similar was way before I knew about conspiracies I dreamt about a red sun taking up a big part of the sky. The same fealing of finality was there as well. I think that as visions and dreams often use symbols that there might be more behind it then what can be seen. Something big in the sky and the end of all. End of what is the question. Life, or the life we live in?

The message is clear . . .

Box yourself up, seal the box with postal tape, then mail yourself to Mars.

Ps: Make sure to put enough stamps on the box. You wouldn't want to be "returned to sender" due to insufficient postage! That, or you can put your return address as Venus.

As an avid lucid dreamer I say buckle up and prepare for the next episode. Over the last couple of years I have embraced my lucid dreams and love them. Some are in your face - literally. Like you I had a lucid dreams maybe two weeks ago - I am standing still and a huge positively ginormungous meteor is travelling straight for me - took up almost my entire field of vision - I could clearly see the craters and other markings on the surface. I stood still and did not flinch - next thing I know I am into the next part of my next dream.

I believe we need to study our dreams. I have studied my dreams for close to thirty years and I never get tired of what I learn from them. Couple of symbols I have learned to interpret - driving - that is symbolic of how you are moving through life. Consider whether you are driving/passenger/back seat and that will correlate to whether you are your own driving force or are you being steered by another etcetera.

Your gathering of friends in a large enclosed room is worth exploring. The ping pongs balls & manipulating them could relate to your desire to do more than you are currently able. You suggested postal tape. I'm an Aussie what is postal tape? I have not heard that term before. You managed to move the balls without touching them and they changed form - could possibly represent your desire to change how you currently do things.

Look for the metaphor and buy a really good dream dictionary. My favourite one is falling apart from use. Emjoy your lucid dreaming. I would not want to dream the other way anymore.
