Not necessarily. Cattlemen have the right to shoot wolves who wander off the refuge onto their property. Quite a few wolves are lost this way. Of course, I think some just want to be able to shoot a wolf and claim they were after their cattle.

Obviously you have never seen a lion up close. I have. I have also seen bears up close. Much different view face to face. The lion I saw banged its paws against the cage and made two large muscular men jump back 5 feet.

Last time I checked, police were not zoologists.

Animal caretakers don't even tranquilize their own animals, the vets do. When it comes to how to tranquilize and how much, its a science.

Not to mention, exactly where would cops take 25 predators in Ohio?
