I have been solitary ouija worker since 1985; don't fear or be taken in by fear-mongers. The board is a tool for you to experience many different
dimensions in and around you. Keep a log, no matter what goofiness comes from the board; use it when you feel good, not bad or down or sick. You are
the intreperter the board is simply the instrument. I use it for lots of things, mostly in a divinatory way. Be thoughtful; I don't advise you spend
more than 30 mins at one time; take breaks, come back. If the board spells out something that is offensive, let it pass, just record it and move on;
if it spells out advice, log it for later. You will soon have a nice notebook of logs. Go over it later, look for breaks in the wording or
lettering. A pattern will develop and you will soon be able to detect quickly what is being said.
Most of all, use it for your personal edification and gain.
Blessed be.
