Is it ok for someone to have a say about the status of this country's political status even if they do not vote? I personally believe that they should more than the people that do vote and the reasoning behind this, Is the people that don't put these presidents and congressional men in office doesn't really have anything to do with politics but they do have to live under the laws that are set. By the "next guy in line". And the ones that do vote and fight for this country have all these complaints. I just throw this question out there so I might be able to make up my mind on where to point the finger at!!!!!!

The simple answer: Yes. The ability to speak is a Natural right and the ability to speak freely either in consent or dissent of the political process is expressly protected within the First Amendment. One can look at a "non-vote" as speaking quite loudly.

The finger need not be pointed except towards ourselves. While we are not solely to blame for all the ills that are either contrived, perceived or truly tangible; we are the true inherent political power base. The abdication did not start within the halls of Government until the abdication began with the People charged to remain vigilant and protective of it.

But I do ask, I am having a bit of a hard time deciphering your paragraph above. Could you clarify?
