Yeah until now I think only media in Sweden was paying much attention to it .. it looks like the 1MW unit is going to be observed by what Rossi calls "an un-named american customer" on the 28th... so it looks like there's an American company or something that is looking to buy into this.. The only scary thing for me is that Rossi is very much commercial minded.. he's out to make money.. I would hope he's not the type to take a few billion and shut up, but he might be .. this un-known american customer might just be there to make an offer to shut down the operation.. I don't know of anyone who has a working unit outside of Rossi and I don't know of anyone who knows this secret catalyst addtitive .. so if they quiet him up now then it would be effective in ending the project..

Even if some energy giant is offering him billions to shut down, you'd think there would be some other companies that could make billions off of this and make him a significant offer.

What would you do? If you were offered 50 million and could change the entire world for the better or were offered 10 billion to shut it down and watch the world go to hell? The amount of greed required to say that 50 million just isn't enough is unbelievable.

Hope this guy has the plans available to someone else should he meet an untimely demise.

Also I'd like to add that the ends of periods of the mayan calendar are about transitions, not an ultimate destruction necessarily. It predicts the old way will end and a new way for humanity will be born. In the process there may be some broken pottery but that's what it's about as far as I can tell.

We can't but who ever gave advanced knowledge to the Mayans can. That's the different between the ancient advanced civilizations and us. They had knowledge and wisdom that we don't even have today but they worked hard to show us the cyclic nature of time and when cycles would start and end.

As I have stated numerous times now in various threads, the Maya did not believe that time was cyclical. The very way the Long Count was constructed shows this. The only mention of previous worlds comes exclusively from the Popol Vuh which wasn't published until after the arrival of the Spanish, which caused a lot of changes in traditional Maya cosmology.

The mayan predictions are highly unfounded. If the modern humans today had the same celestial knowledge as our ancestors we could put all of this hocus pocus nonsense to rest.

If we have not deciphered the Mayan symbols and language correctly then we are clearly missing a lot of important figures of speech. October 28th...There will be clouds and rain in California.

One reason I know the maya knew time is cyclic because they documented and tracked the 24-26,000 year 'great year' or precession of the equinox cycle. Along with the ancient egyptians, indians, greeks, etc. They knew that was the main cycle and there are bunch of smaller cosmic cycles that make up 'time'.

Maya elders are still here today and they believe we are ending this current cycle very soon and are entering a new one.

It was in a long thread he created where he predicted something and while the prediction never happened, he had some enlightening posts about his theory on the true meaning of the Eye of Horus and Egyptian fascination with gold before he introduced his cold fusion stuff to the thread with working models.

Assuming it is a realistic invention, we could then use oil as a chemical precursor instead of wastefully burning it as a fuel to give our world a chance to become spacefaring.

The initial suspicion on who the customer was, was Kleiner Perkins. However after contacting their media department they denied any involvement in the eCat Technology.

Today it emerged from a source VERY close to Rossi that the US based customer is "a well-known and largest industrial group". Straight away I emailed General Electric's Press Dept and am currently waiting on a response.

So he is "highly credible" because he is friends with these fraudsters....

nothing will happen with the ecat on the 28th, it will be changed to a later date due to "unforseen circumstances"!
