I was walking through the super market, about to purchase some bottled water when something very disturbing caught my eye. Right next to the generic
purified water was a "flouride enchanced" option. Of course I've heard of flouride enhanced water before, but I'd never seen it in the gallon size,
and there was nearly a 1 to 1 ratio of regular to "flouride enhanced" jugs.
They contain 1 mg of flouride (EDIT: 1 miligram PER Liter, so about 4 miligrams per gallon):
One of the main reasons people buy bottled water is because their tap water contains impurities like flouride. Which is why it defies business logic
to add flouride back to the water. Normally you'd invest in a product that is in demand or one that makes business sense. But in this case, we have
millions (billions?) of gallons of pure water that are being "enhanced" with flouride and no real business sense (profit?) for the company.
If water is going to be enhanced, you'd expect it to contain vitamins, minerals, or even "electrolites," but not something that is as toxic as
arsenic. And while I know alot are ignorant to the "flouride conspiracy," who here would purchase this flouride option over the pure one?
Why the big push to add flouride to the water?
