Actually even though I saw no indication of such.... a Citizen's Arrest is still quite legal. A few yrs ago a friend of mine did just that.... Legally detained someone suspected of a crime until police arrived. Very VERY legal to do, so far as I know it is legal in every state. I could be wrong on that as laws can vary a lot from state to state. I would be interested to see what-- if any paperwork the Bank was given to fill out, by the cops.
