You know... I really have to laugh at agents of dominion, these conniving extortionists who are all wrapped up tight within themselves because the enemy is at the door. There wouldn't be an enemy, if they hadn't have decided to invade them, then rape and pillage their resources, then kill off their children.

These World Leaders all seem to think that mankind has no way to win against them. They think that they're invincible... that because such, they can do as they please...

I'll just address this issue with the United States, since it's not only the most pompous of all these idiots but also the one with the most likely chance of success. The story goes something like this:

In 2010 a small group of nations met together to discuss the issue of the failing world economy, as it came upon the heels of several of the most devestating banking fraud and securities fraud occurances to ever to have occurred against the world's financial dictorate... the United States. They understood that it was the American Government itself that was responsible for this disaster at a most sinister level, in order to not only secure capital for the American Government's agenda to expand its ability to wage war but too to weaken the world's governments so that America could thus step in with its military and take control of that country's governance.

That is why America was not invited to attend this meeting....

This group of nations decided that in order for them to guarantee the continuity of their existances within this economic collapse they would have to create an alternate system of global finance and get it established before the ultimate collapse of the American Dollar. Once established, this group then agreed that if the American system of global financial dominion was still in place they would then destroy the foundation of American financial stability so that this new financial system could take on a global position - free from IMF dictatorship...

One of these nations, who actually was instrumental in organizing this meeting, was China: the largest holder of American Treasuries. China agreed to the context of this meeting, and has been vigorously active in trading off these treasuries for resources involving materials necessary for the construction of modern facilitations such as electrical power houses, bridges, and such. Then too, since it was the world's most prominent source of a resource involved in the manufacture of America's high tech armaments known as Rare Earth Elements, China close it's export markets involving such, leaving every modernized government involved in manufacturing goods that needed these elements scrambling to find methods of acquiring such.

The time came, when all these plans finally were in place, and the moment of truth had arrived to bring this new financial system into it's position to begin functioning as the world's monetary system and the time to bring America to it's knees had arrived. Iranian Republican special forces, joined by operatives from several other nations, had been trained throughout all of this, by both Chinese as well as Russian Special Forces Ordinance Experts in the logistics and operations critical methods needing deployment for this plan to work, and the Iranian Government began sending these troops to Mexico for an escorted border crossing involving Iranian Special Forces, and the largest Mexican Cartel as field guide.

Each Iranian Operative had a pack that contained the bulk of a device developed and mass produced that they intended on deploying at the time of the Iranian government's call. These devices would formulate as such a grid pattern that would encompass the entire U.S. mainland... so it took some time for each operative to get into the exact position their GPS transponder showed they needed to be at. Once the Operations Commander recieved the on site call from every operative, the command to set up these devices and initiate thier power source had been made. When all locations finally appeared activated on the special operations map located at HQ in Iran, The Project Commander threw the switch on the console before him. Every site now could recieve a cell phone call, that initiated a timer within the device, setting it to initiate in unison with every set up device on American soil.

There was an X class Solar flare that popped off two weeks later that was directed towards Earth, causing a warning to be issued pertaining to it. Two days later, at approximately 10:15 A.M. on a Tuesday morning, an electromagnetic impulse was set off that encompassed the entire United States, which fried every piece of electronic equipment exposed to it.

America had just been attacked, and successfully at that. America was on her knees at that point... at which point the incomming missles arrived 30 minutes later...

Maximum alert. It fits this scenario pretty damn good.
