is today 10/13 just a prelude of much bigger ones to come?

NASA generally uncovers and classifies the truth, but DHS orders the lies.

so happens, YU55 meets the broken up Elenin cluster debris tail circa earth on Nov 8-9 2011

earth may be scorched by nov 11-13

Comment made on the first (top) YouTube video, directed at that up-loader:

What will happen? An opportunity to observe an small asteroid fairly close, using ground-based telescopes. Right were you freeze the animation @ :20 seconds, lower left corner, see it? "0.0026 AU"

Know what an AU is? Distance Earth to Sun (average). 93 million miles.

93,000,000 x 0.0026 = 241,800 miles. Just inside the orbit of the Moon.

JPL website (Google it) for more. More accurately, the closest will be 0.85 the Earth-Moon distance.

Is stoking fear in the ignorant a hobby?

Here, JPL website for accurate info:

If all of this is correct my birthday should be a fun one this year

I'll make a gentleman bet with you, a million dollars nothing happens.

Up for it?

None of these bodies will ever get close enough to change anything. There simply isn't enough mass involved here, and way to much distance. You are sourcing the wrong kind of data.

Exactly what are you after in starting a thread like this?

November 8th is EXACTLY 333 days after the December 10th discovery date of Elenin.

thats what is reduntant about those dishing out fear-mongering labels, its obvious they approach data and intel from that perspective, to begin with

anyways that NASA link is awesome, thansk we see nasa confirming yu55 will pass 15% closer than the moon.

notice it talks of "close approach by this relatively large 400 meter-sized asteroid"

in terms of 'excellent opportunity for ground observation' yet dismisses any risk whatsoever via... relativity:

"YU55 poses no threat of an Earth collision over at least the next 100 years. However, this will be the closest approach to date by an object this large that we know about in advance and an event of this type will not happen again until 2028 when asteroid (153814) 2001 WN5 will pass to within 0.6 lunar distances."
