lots of people watching this...riot police seems excessive for a non-violent protest...

Yeah ive been keeping watch on this...

Truely monumental moment... 300-400 cops in riot gear surrounding the park and arresting everybody, at 1:45 in the morning...

Really goes to show, the constitution is meaningless to those in power..

they say they're going to arrest everybody there and are tearing down the tents and everything...surrounded and all...

this is a forceful dispersion for sure...

I'm willing to bet there will be some police brutality coming of this...I guess we'll wait and see...I really hope the media hops all over this and does their job reporting what's happening...

Didn't Obama say that he supported the protesters? If so, the police have no right to arrest them. Typical police mentality to bring riot gear. It wouldn't surprise me if the police tried to do something to cause violence. Things don't seem right...

Dictatorships use force on non-violent protestors in a Non-Democratic State..Guess we'll see if excessive police force is used against them in our so called Democracy.
