This appears to be (IMO) yet another compilation of known UFO hoaxes**, military test missile malfunctions, and launches from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan***. We can only speculate as to the authors motivations for passing this off as vetted mass sighting events.

From my chair, the spelling errors inside this video tell me all I need to know about the mind at work behind this video.
