PROVE to me a blessed dime went to ANY union, I beleive everyone that got bailouts not a single one dealt with unions except the car company who went and opened up in Mexico to Get away from the unions.

12 is better than 1, but it's probably just as confusing.

First off newcovenant's post never said anything about those in power choosing who they like. The point it made was that wealthy intrests should not be allowed to influence politics. The only power should be the people.

Second it might be a bit more confusing but the forefathers fought, bled and died on the battlefield to implement a system where the people could place representatives in government that best represent their wishes and you think it's too much of a sacrifice to have to research a couple more parties before casting your vote. Really?
