Levin stepped down almost ten years ago. The CEO and COB of AOL Time Warner is Jeffrey Bewkes.
It should also be noted that Levin's immediate successor at Time-Warner was Richard Parsons, who is black, and who ran TW very successfully for most of the last decade (until 2007). In early 2009 he became Chairman of CitiGroup. Near as I can tell, Parsons never had any avowed policy for or against Israel.
