Since i employed most of my town of 30k at one point or another, i know almost everyone. 400 seat call center for 10 years, so most of them have
worked for me before (and they usually love me, as i am fun and fair to work for).
I have no qualms pointing out the errors of their work as it regards that transaction. It wouldn't be the first time I had such a conversation with
most of them. And the people in line behind me, they usually worked for me too. If not, i still know them. We make small talk and "catch up" while
the cashier gets their screw up sorted out.
