It seems that Occupy Sacramento has begun to make a splash here in Nor-Cal. The Police are telling people to leave the area (Cesare Chavez Park) however the protestors are holding their ground. This is a loose group of about 500 people today but 100 people are still on-site despite threat of arrest. Protestors are sitting down on park grounds in complete defiance of the Police order.

I have no idea where this is going but I suspect that the occupy movement is gaining some real ground. To what end is anyone's guess.

Sorry if not deserving of a thread but it is yet another city on the list. Oh and I am an ATS noob so forgive me.

Well, if there is only 100 left, I would imagine that they would be rounded up like cattle from the swat team and thrown into a paddy wagon, if not pepper-sprayed.I don't think it's going to be a good outcome from either side.
