A weird little chunk of tech coming our way. I was indeed scratching my head since i read this article. I realize that it is only in testing phase but wow!

I just wonder if said guinea pig will have to endure guns fired at him or her to see "IF" it will work. I also wonder when you get hit by a bullet will u get stretch marks
