How can they revert back to pre-historic times, when the rest of the world knows and owns the same 'mainstream' technology? What do i mean?

- Satelites will still be in orbit above the US.
- Cables will still lay in the ground
- Signal towers still standing tall.
- buildings still standing tall
- etc

One part of the 'world' cannot revert back to pre-historic times with the rest of the world still living in the modern tech age. The knowlegde is still there, all the equipment, tech will still be there.

Audit then close the Fed,hold the banks to account.
