OK, fair enough. I will think about it. I admit, I am not sure I want to make that thread just yet either.

But I appreciate your support.

Here is the re-cap. if anyone needs the information in a swoop.
Lets not split hairs here, IT IS IRONIC,
the iphone 4 plus was just announced yesterday/today.
Here is the theory, people believe Jobs actually has been dead for a while (a few days)
and THAT is why the iphone 4 plus (which people are calling a dud)

Five reasons people are calling the iPhone 4S a dud
www.cnn.com...
was released yesterday/today and his death announced at the same time not by his family but his business..
( there is nothing new about it, I would be pissed if i was an iphone fan and boycott this crap)
NO SUCH THING AS COINCIDENCE.
So people will feel almost obligated to go and buy this new gadget (which is crap) because APPLE
is using Steve Jobs as a martyr now to push the new product....
If you do not call that a conspiracy then there is no such thing..
So they waited for the official announcement date to officially announce the *new* iphone AND
Steve Jobs death..
the big day was yesterday and today.
It was just announced.
And it is a HUGE failure without the death of steve jobs..
Why not just release a good product other then a re-hash?
Because they knew he was going to die soon (within the year) and
be able USE HIS DEATH to sell crap to the cult like following!!!

YOU DON'T think they already DO HAVE AN IPHONE5?? OF COURSE THEY DO!!!!

They already have an IPHONE 6 made but are releasing them drip by drip!!!
Controlling is what it is all about..
Bound to happen this way,
OR CONSPIRED???!?!?!??

Your damn right I make you a bet sales are going to go THROUGH the roof,
that is why Jobs is the true marketing genius he is cant you imagine this
in his office, put yourself there,
Here is steve jobs telling his crew HIS LAST WISH!!
*Boys you know I am going to die soon, IF I DIE before the new iphone announcement date
which is right around the corner don't you dare announce that I am dead until the BIG DAY
THAT IS WHY WE ARE APPLE you make me a martyr
and people will buy buy buy listen to me on this one boys*
New iPhone Bows but Fails to Wow
Apple unveiled the iPhone 4S yesterday, disappointing some investors who were looking for a more significant re-design of the company's flagship product although many analysts are still on Apple's side. Steven Russolillo and Paul Vigna discuss on Markets Hub. Photo: AP.

Even though I have much respect for Mr. Jobs I think there is something very fishy about this..

The world has lost one of its greatest innovators. RIP

He may have been an ass to some, and even worse to others, but in his short life accomplished more than everyone here combined could even dream of.

Is it true that he was adopted?

Was he 100% human?

I find the fanbois truly horrifying. Its really embarrassing to watch people fork over the amount of money they do. That was Jobs' genius, selling crap to people for exorbitant prices.

so what ?

he won a nobel prize ?
the stopped any war recently ?

no no, he just managed to sale you the most materialistic piece of crap

and i cant laugh about it ?

you apple fanboys are damn scary

I mean , seriously guys, you realise it ?

I'm with you. Apple is the most materialistic pushing corporation there is.

He was a great business man, but I really think people are over-reacting. Was his life worth more than any other people's live? All men are equals, and it saddens me to see how depressed the web is about this announcement. I've been to another forum, and it looks like the end of the world over there. I mean, common! It sure is sad, but it's freaky to see how people are reacting like it's the end of the world...

Oh my god...what I'm gonna do without Steve Jobs?

And now people are in tears ...for.........THAT ?

That is a really good quote, I admit.

Very interesting point that many learned of his death on their Iphone's, Ipads, or even Apple computers.

That is a good word to describe him. Visionary.

Thanks for sharing that quote.

And yeah, as others have pointed out, he did not directly invent them...But one thing is for sure, they would not have been around with out his influence... At least not in the form they are.

He took ideas and made them work even better.

He was a visionary.

It is fine by me if you want to go after that thread. I would suggest asking popsmayhem, since they thought of it, but I have no issues with you making it.

Not sure why, just don't want to be the one to start the thread that suggests a conspiracy of sorts, about his death.

I will no doubt participate in the thread though.

It is "something" that he died at 56:

5 + 6 = 11

In the 11th year of the 3rd millenium.

I've heard it said "they go in 3's" so not to sound morbid, but the thread should also discuss the possibilities of who's next.

We lost a great person today but ATS/Life goes on and on and on, so tomorrow is still on the calendar, rather you are here to see it in person, or you have gone home.

There is no sPoon!

There is no dEath!

Death is an Illusion. Life is eternal.

You/We are AL & AI and dumber than a turd, compared to WE. Even Steve doesn't compare to WE, and Steve was the driving force behind Apple and our tech-rev.

His words are inspirational, I particularly like this bit:

I'm pretty sure none of this would have happened if I hadn't been fired from Apple. It was awful tasting medicine, but I guess the patient needed it.

Sometimes life hits you in the head with a brick. Don't lose faith.

I'm convinced that the only thing that kept me going was that I loved what I did.

You've got to find what you love. And that is as true for your work as it is for your lovers.

Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do.

If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle.

As with all matters of the heart, you'll know when you find it. And, like any great relationship, it just gets better and better as the years roll on. So keep looking until you find it. Don't settle.

Steve Jobs was a complete success story. From being adopted to billionaire. Not only was he a success he wanted to improve the world and the common man with technology. His story is endearing as it is compelling only to be shadowed by the man he was.
