Just for grins and giggles, I had taken the original image, blown it up a little, then inverted it, and turned it into a 3-dimensional representation of what is inside..

Looks like it is an interesting old set of tools, possibly for mummification processes?

Would be very interesting to find actual tools for mummification, it would help to refine the processes they used then IMO..
