He willfully gives tax payer money to political donors, to failed corporations, and he has no regrets.
Of course not. He's a crook.
Look at his patsys marching on Wall Street.
Nice distraction from Solyndra, Fast & Furious, his failed jobs bill hung up by senate democrats, high unemployment and his failed poll numbers.

What does Obama have to regret? He has underlings that can still be thrown under the bus! Hope @ change is starting to sound like franks and beans from Something about Mary. A inane statement with no real meaning. Bet that he regrets what it did to his poll numbers!

I must state this one more time...

Those of us from Illinois have been waiting for an honest politician to come along since Adlai Stevenson. At this point I think we would be willing to settle for one who does not get caught. Even that would be a step in the right direction. At any rate we are still waiting.

Talked to my 88 year old mother the other day, who is still sharp as a tack, agrees as well. Next time we consider a politician from Illinois for the Oval Office we should all keep this in mind.

No regrets?
Is that why they are trying to seal the Presidential Records now?

Democrats Introduce Bill to Seal Up Obama’s Presidential Records

According to Judicial Watch, Rep. Edolphous Towns (D-NY) has introduced the Presidential Records Act Amendments of 2011. That bill would do with Obama’s presidential records what Obama has already done to his personal and collegiate records:
Seal them up.

In an obvious effort to protect President Barack Obama, a group of congressional Democrats has introduced legislation to create an official process that will allow the commander-in-chief to keep presidential records secret after he leaves office.

Ironically, Obama revoked a similar George W. Bush order in one of his first official acts as president. In 2001 Bush penned an executive order severely limiting public access to his presidential records. Shortly after swearing in, Obama killed it as part of his much-ballyhooed commitment to government transparency. At the time, the new president claimed that he was giving the American people greater access to “historic documents.”

Transparency...

I wouldn't either, and anybody who thinks he should be ashamed of investing in renewable energy is an idiot.

"That darn socialist Obama and his clean energy!"

Some people might want to continue sucking non-renewable goo out of the ground and screwing up our environment in the process, but there are other people out there who think "Why aren't we investing in clean, free energy?"

The Sun puts out immense amounts of energy that we're not taking advantage of because our idiotic society still wants to continue using oil for things. We've had the technology to pursue solar energy for many many years, and I always ask myself "Why aren't we investing in clean energy?"

Well we did, and it didn't work out as planned. But $500 million dollars? It's funny that Republicans love to nail Obama for that like he's the spawn of satan for trying to make free energy available to people, but do you guys realize that we spend that much in less than 24 hours in Iraq alone?

:shk: Turn off the Fox News you mindless drones

And if he didn't, you and the same posters would be here whining and sniveling about he did nothing to protect the jobs of the employees of these companies. Had the bailouts succeeded, you'd be whining and sniveling about "socialism."

Long story short, some people just enjoy whining and sniveling.

Half a billion dollars ain't anything. The Pentagon eats that for brunch.

first off its not the governments job to invest in corporations yet one of those reasons all those good people are protesting at wall street.

secondly not just 500 million they are throwing more money at them and you know what else other green energy corporations meanwhile cutting other corporations that employ millions of ameircan just sucks for them they are in the oil industry.

when it comes to american monies the governments first and foremost responsibility is to do their due dilligence and not blow it.

me? i would have never given solyndra a dime thats what investors and venture capitalists and who else?

banks.

seriously dude thats pathetic.

Hey, that's not important! What matters is not spending $500 million on clean, renewable energy, but instead siphening that money into the military-industrial complex so we can kill more people! I mean that money could have been used to fight the war in Iraq for almost a whole day! Just think of all the death and destruction we missed out on! Damn you Obama! *shakes fist at air*

You'd be right IF the CEO of Solyndra wasn't a big Obama supporter/donor.
You'd be right IF budget analysts hadn't warned the administraton of the shaky venue.
You'd be right IF Pelosi's relatives weren't involved with Solyndra.

But you're wrong.

WoW My friend How About: Obama Administration Rewards Big Donors With Jobs.

"The cynics, the lobbyists, the special interests who've turned our government into a game, only they can afford to play," said then-Sen. Obama in his February 2007 announcement speech. "They get the access while you get to write a letter. ... The time for that kind of politics is over."

Here are some Names and Appointments:

Tom Perrelli raised $500,000 for Obama in 2008 and is now associate attorney general. Charles Rivkin did the same and is now ambassador to France. So did Donald H. Gips, ambassador to South Africa, and John Roos, ambassador to Japan.

Not trying to derail your threat my friend, just trying to show what appears to be a fact, you Donate Big, you get The Approval of your Lord and Master.

That is the most ignorant claim I have seen yet about Occupy wallstreet. There are no patsy's and it is not just a liberal movement. People from all walks of life, buddy....

www.cnn.com...

Read that and never speak such ignorance again. Thanks for the laugh though.

Now, that said, Yeah, while I am a bit left leaning I do think it stinks that my money went to this company that went out of business and I also think it stinks that he claims to have no regrets... Not even a regret that the money got wasted when it could have been put to better use?

But I guess, hindsight is 20/20.

I hate that Bush bailed all those companies out, I hate that Obama did the same. I hate that this loan did no good and the company went out of business, taking the money we earned, with it.

It sucks and quite frankly, everyone in Washington is just plain clueless. Everyone. Not just the left, not just the right. Everyone.... Not to mention the whole left VS right paradigm is BS.

That is the real distraction if you want to talk about them.

Yeah, this president does not regret that he wasted money on a company that went out of business. Well, I do.

But then again, I am just a dirty liberal hippie, so what do I know?

Exactly. Does this piece of # have any regrets about signing off on a gun running program to a drug cartel? Or the lives ended because he refused to end these wars like he promised?

I hope that Obama's last day within the confines of this reality are painful, or better yet I hope that it is spent in a cold jail cell, where he and the rest of the treasonous bastards belong
