Most cops these days are power mad bullies that try to justify these kinds of activities. Why was there not a professional animal control officer
called in to take the dog into possession? To act as though the dog did something threatening to the officer is absurd. It was frightened and just
trying to get away. I truly believe the the current breed of cop was a bully when young and continues to be a bully in his/her occupation. The sad
thing is that he got off with no consequences whatsoever, which only goes to prove that his superior was just as bad. There's no such thing as 'To
Protect and Serve' anymore.
