Well she thinks It doesn't do the job It's supposed to and It needs to be replaced with something substantially better - those who are saying she wants to completely abolish human rights in the UK, or anything like that in fact, are just plain wrong. And a lot are seemingly saying this..

You don't even know what yet. If you're going to hate on the government at least do it for a valid reason.
Sorry to be the one to break it to you, but the government isn't always looking for ways to make our lives utterly miserable here. And not every idea they have has an ulterior motive or hidden agenda.
