Plot / Synopsis

“Debtocracy: the samizdat of Greek debt. Made for just £7,000, a compelling film about Greek's financial crisis makes the case that the entire euro system was rotten from the start.” - The Guardian

Downloaded by millions of citizens in Greece and across Europe, ‘Debtocracy’ is spreading like wildfire. The film seeks the causes of the debt crisis and proposes solutions – solutions hidden by the governments of Europe and the dominant media.

Written by: Aris Hatzistefanou, Katerina Kitidi
Cinematography: Giannis Agelakas, Ermis Georgiadis, Aris RSN
Music: Giannis Angelakas

This movie is a must see for those who care about the monetary meltdown happening worldwide. It is a free download via torrent and is creative common license. It is like a slow motion doomsday for the EU and potentially the rest of the world.

I'm just curious. Is there a U.S. version with subtitles or anything?

Not as well done as the above but this video is of a conference of economist I think from 2008 but it is so called New School. It is the first in a series of videos that give some of the economic reasons for the collapse.

Here is the full video in one piece from Hulu.

It is worth mentioning that this is from the Aspen Institute which is a neo-conservative thinktank

This video is about the related Aspen Institute and their connection to the events of 911.
