The Occupy Wall Street crowd has become predictably focused on issues like taxing the middle class and moderately “rich,” ending capitalism and even re-electing Obama to ‘fight’ the very elites who pushed him into power. Focus should instead be on the real source of power for the out-of-control bankster class- the private, unaccountable Federal Reserve bank that creates money out of thin air, issues secret loans to insiders and foreign governments and systematically institutes debt on the American people through their undue powers.

With this in mind, Alex Jones is calling on patriots to “occupy” branches of the Federal Reserve, with plans to appear at three locations in Texas this weekend in Dallas, Houston and San Antonio. The times and locations appear below. Further, people everywhere should converge upon Fed locations in their area to raise awareness about the real culprit behind the economic crisis.

My guess is Alex will be talking a lot about this on his show tomorrow, if he hasn't already. This is good in theory, but we'll have to see what becomes of it. As always with Alex, I don't know what his true intentions are, and just who exactly he works with that we don't know about. I'm skeptical of him, but still respect his voice.

The last thing the occupy movement needs is Alex Jones. I honestly don't know how anyone can believe a thing he says after he lost all credibility during the y2k fiasco, where he went on a tirade about russian forces landing on American soil, and world war 3 breaking out "as he speaks" with large amounts of explosives being found in several countries. I truly believe this was an airframe shock test of our gullibility, and proof that Alex is part of the problem.

If anyone is a paid dis info agent, Alex Jones is it. I pray that Alex is utterly ignored by everyone, and that his "flock" makes an attempt to think for themselves rather than take Alex's words as gospel, it didn't work well for those that committed suicide because of his Y2K hysteria, did it ?

*I don't approve of the source for the video however

This just in...
Has-been ”activist” desperately seeks to regain some long lost relevance by riding the coattails of a popular movement he wishes he had thought of!

Alex Jones is right. These radical protesters want to end Capitalism for their puppet master Soros. If they were protesting the Fed I'd be on their side, but they have been brainwashed into believing the lies Obama and the socialist Dems have been spewing.

I admit I agree with Jones on the whole Tax the rich issue. The people who really need to have their money taxed are the very ones who have offshore accounts and will not be touched by any change in taxation. Instead it will be those who are wealthy, but not rich enough to employ accountants who's job it is to find loop holes in the system and ensure the tax can be avoided. Add to that you could probably tax everyone and cut every social program and you would still come no where near clearing the debt of the derivatives floating around in the system.

However, the way he spoke about the protesters was out of order. The vast majority are just young people who have seen their futures vanish in front of their eyes. They have every right to be angry and although they use the rhetoric of the left, I don't believe they are all a bunch of commies. The rhetoric of the left just suits the protest environment. Words like Solidarity and the anti- establishment chanting are what you would expect from an anti bank protest.

If those who follow the AJ party line are concerned about this movement, then hopefully they will join the protests and help steer it away for the other interests that are trying to co opt the movement.
