Only the pigs and shills of the corporatist class that have railroaded this country resort to calling people who want to end this corrupt system "commies".

Yet, when you see how they use the word communist on here, you can pretty much assume that most if not all of them did not seek higher education.

If half of these folks took a one question quiz, that asked "Is Barack Obama, based on his actions and policies, a socialist?", they would all answer yes and FAIL the quiz.

Wanting to end this nonsense going on is not communist, it's AMERICAN

Been seeing a lot of people on ATS with the "nothing we can do about mentality." lately. Thats what they pretty much want you to believe. That they are sooo powerful and intelligent that there is nothing we can do to stop them. Or on the flip side, that we need them. That if we the people were to once again to hold the power that it would be utter chaos that we simply couldn't be without them. Truth is, they are just as weak and stupid as the rest of us. They are human after all. There is something we can do about, and people are starting to see through the lies. So don't give up, and don't give in. The fight for freedom and the fight against corruption is hard. Its a consent uphill battle and sometimes it feels like theres no peak at the top to reach.

I'll tell you something, we may not get there now, or tomorrow or even within mine or your lifetime but thats no reason simply let go and fall back to the bottom. With every passing generation we become a freer and more enlightened species and the elite? They're a dying breed in world that no longer wants and soon won't need.

Until this day I am still trying to figure out where the socialist of communist labeling came from, I have seen the corruption in Washington getting worst as years passed, then we have seen how laws are passed in congress with disregard of voters and tax payers well being, Wall street flourish while the rest of America falls into economic chaos, so I call our politicians whores for taking big interest money, I call Wall street big fat rats leaching the peoples wealth and getting pay for it and if this label me a communist or socialist so beat it.

I know who I am and what I stand for, that is good for me.

there are so many who want to protest about the the ludicrous and corrupt government officials we have languishing in luxury on the top of the political slush dump + their cronies in the banks and institutions.

I suspect those bunkers that have been hastily built have precious little to do with oncoming disaster and more likely to do with a safe hole to slink into, when the financial and social gravy train grinds to a halt and all hell breaks out. I wouldn't have any qualms about lynching a few politicians and moguls who have damaged my country beyond belief and are swanning around in luxury.

Am I a populist maybe, am I a communist mayby. I don't think we should allow people to exploit our tax system either from the top of the social pile or from the bottom, but I do think as a wealthy country we should have homes, food and education as basics for all our citizens. I also think that I have the right to lawful rebellion and protest. What astounds me is the brainless police thugs that protect thereby maintain and appear to lick the backsides of corrupt politicians and institutions.

I was just making an assumption, but seeing how most right wing radio and tv talking points are regurgitated on here ad nauseum, I'm probably on the money that's where I first starting hearing garbage about commies and socialists.

These same people weren't uttering a peep about communism when Bush was in office. Utter madness.

Understanding the world, its problems, and how it works takes coming at it from all sides, surrounding it, and slowly but surely narrowing the gaps in your understanding. I'm not claiming to know anymore than anyone else. As a matter of fact, I know I know nothing. But, as you should be able to see with your own eyes, this system which confines us, is based upon taking from the whole, and giving the loot to the few, any way you cut it. You have to ask, in who's interests does it serve to label all these protesters as communists? It serves the corporate owned media and Wall Street, as it divides up Americans and turns them against one another and helps maintain their position in society.
