Rich people buy stuff through there business accounts and write it off on their business's and take it home and use it. At least the poor man's deductions are for something that is needed to feed, house, and clothe their family. What exactly is equal about a rich business man getting to write off a 10,000 massage chair?

The problem here is that you must establish an Equality Bureaucracy to determine what is fair and what is not. Next step, you will determine that it is right to set wages and prices. Smacks of communism, imo.

That is slander, and untrue - your ideals are more Nazi than American. Neither one of you two understand what it is to be American, what you are supporting is the same thing that was supported during the 3rd Reich. I can see it now, the next propaganda is to change the definition of being American in order to support the top 1%. That is freedom right?

Mind pointing out where the Constitution allows for 20 year corporate charters? Also, where is it written that "Corporations were meant to have endings, they were started to fill needs, and ended" ??

Mind learning history?

states were in charge of this, you know the whole republic thing.

I don't want to read an entire history book. I want you to show me where the US Constitution declares that corporations shall live for 20 years. I want you to show me where the US Constitution outlines which "needs" were valid for corps to fill, and where corps would be formally "ended".

Show me that. And a fallback onto "states rights" is not acceptable.

I dont really care what you want. You need to read the sentence and process it, former and latter is to be assumed. Don't get mad at me because you failed reading comprehension.

(constitution AND the republic) Not And/or not US constitution.

Are you denying that corporate charters were corrupted, giving rise to the possibility of super corporations?

This is historical fact, and I also mentioned the court case used to corrupt the charters. What else do you need to understand, they lost the revolution, then convinced Americans and YOU they are the good guys.

Ahhh, Neo.....

I love reading your threads because it illustrates how people can easily be manipulated by quotes, misleading links and outright lies! I don't even like Obama but you always force me to point out the absolute horse-puckey you regurgitate. So here we go:

current potus and others who have sponsored and financed that good little wall street protest.

Care to provide a link, or some sort of proof that Obama is financing the protests?

the ideology that is flowing through the streets right now and for the past week is more of the same and largely influenced by obama and his supporters to change the narrative of failing policies and failure of leadership and failed idealism.
Same question as before.....got some proof?

so here comes the wall street protesters just a slightly hipper rap
What does this even mean? Are you talking about "rap", as in a rapper? If so, I think we can assume a lot about why you would say such a thing.

where we go from here expect obama to never let a "good crisis" go to waste
That quote was made by Rahm Emmanuel. Not Obama. RE was pushed out of the White House because he was too extreme when compared to Obama's "agenda". This is quite disingenuous.

my fellow americans you are so damn seriously gullable

I disagree, and think that it may be you that has been sucked into the fascist Republican fold. You continually spout off about socialism this, and Communist that, yet you have no proof. You have no clear evidence other than the fact that Obama makes the statement that the rich need to pay their fair share. Ever look into current tax code? Did you know that there are ways to "hide" your money so that a person of wealth can pay very little in taxes?

But let's just go along with it and agree that Obama is a socialist for what he says. You know who agrees with Obama?......Ronald Reagan, he wanted to make the rich pay as well.

That damned Communist Ronald Reagan, who voted for tax hikes and immigration amnesty must have been reading the Communist Manifesto!

psst.....he may also be a terrorist!

My last post on this thread, and sorry Neo, my intention was not to derail your thread. I do not support Obama, but I also do not support using other's lack of support for Obama to spread your pro-rich all poor people are lazy rhetoric. I think its insane to look at the laws that have been created and changed over the last 20 years, and not connect the two as the cause of the "poor" and "working poor"

And I take offense that at the slightest inkling of some of these poor people realizing this situation was created intentionally for them, offends you.

EDIT: I am also a card carrying republican and can honestly say you do not speak for republicans.

Later.

Neo96, I could have not said it better myself!!! That was a dam good post! Again, for you Obamanites on the site, I am neither a democrat or republican, I'm an american citizen. Karl Marx is a hero of Mr.Obama, and his policies clearly reflect this ideaology. So everyone should own a grey volkswagen, and live in the same grey house, with the same number of children, and the same type of television? What does that sound like? I would like to be wealthy too, but I will get it the old fashioned way, I WILL WORK FOR IT! I won't whine that the government should punish the rich man, and give me some of his hard earned money! Business is business! Want to move your company out of this country, that is your choice, it's your business! I'm tired of you socialist whiners! Go live in Cuba!

Just so we can all enjoy a little intellectual honesty about this topic:

"Contrary to general assumptions, low and middle income earners do not pay the bulk of federal income taxes in America. Because our income tax system is progressive, high income earners automatically pay a higher percentage of taxes on their already higher incomes. This has led to a scenario where the top 1% of income earners (and incoming earning couples) now pay more income taxes than the bottom 95% combined. While arguments can be made one way or the other about who should pay more or less, who does pay more or less is a subject about which there can be no confusion."

So basically you've been brainwashed by years and years of "trickle down economics" bull#, which is proven not to work, and the baseless brainwashing that anything involving regulation, government intervention or more taxes for the rich and powerful, who can afford it, is "evil communism" and now you're mad that you're even hearing opposing views? Pretty pathetic.

Obama might be a bull#ter and have no real intention of helping the lower/middle class but that doesn't make the actual argument invalid or "communism". You clearly don't know what communism is and are also too brain washed to think that there aren't some good parts to almost all political philosophies. We should take the best parts of all instead of just label stuff "evil communism/socialism" and brush it off like fox news.

Neo correctly points out that there is divisiveness, a class warfare that the president is encouraging, and look!

The Obama defenders dig trenches, blame banks and the wealthy, and volley insults that would put poo-flinging monkeys to shame.

The people that make the laws that the "wealthy" abuse reside in D.C..

Want change? Change the law makers. This anger at people who work hard and succeed is what the socialist/income distribution folks want.

Reagan already did the bleeding heart amnesty, so why do it all over again when we know that it won't change anything? Do people never learn from mistakes? I would lilke to point out that Reagan had CFR all around him, and his VP was Skull and Bonesman, so he may have been heavily influenced by his advisors who would want to promote the NAFTA and NAU program the Bilderbergs want.

Heres the New Party endorsement for Mr. Obama in 1996.

half of America is lazy, sitting around with their hand out.

IF Obama is what you say he is, he is bought and paid for by the same banks and wealthy.

The elites and the banks want us to forget their role in destroying the economy, they want America to
elect shills with your thinking so they can take another shot at robbing America blind by "working hard".
