I think both countries are going down the wrong path...Canada just happened to go that direction first. And yes, America is better at defense. Canada can get away with a weak military because of America's strength. There is no welfare for the rich. The elites have been afforded opportunities to circumvent the system. That is something that needs to be fixed. These dumb anarchist-like protests won't fix a damn thing though. Stealing from the rich or punishing people who are more fortunate than you isn't the answer. Expect more from yourself, abandon your liberal ways and vote the socialists out of office...that's the only fix.

sorry ,Fascism is welfare of the rich leeching the economy and socialism is welfare of the lower ignorant/poor mooches/leaches off the economy.

Military and police is a waste of money and should be disbanded and downsized. People should have gun rights not govt . and the limited liability clause for corporates should be disbanded.Rich get away with limited liability clauses too much.

when fascism is a way of life ,the rich mooch off the system via rigged financial instruments like interest swaps and options which cause manipulation in real market prices.Look at gold,silver,treasuries ...pricing is manipulated.

Physical market pricing needs to be restored.Fascism removed and socialism removed.

Big militaries are sign of excessive statism and statism is path of socialism and fascism .

I dont think the protesters are saying "Oh, all movie stars who make a million off a movie need to be shot", they're talking about billions of dollars, not millions. BILLIONS of dollars that has not been pumped back into the economy and instead, into the pockets of a few.

Its still happening, bailouts and stimulus packages that DONT WORK.

You know what? I've talked to alot of people about our past election and I haven't talk to anyone...not one person who voted for Harper. Nor do those people know of anyone who as voted for him. I'm baffled as to how he got into office. Something stinks.

your not the only one who thinks like that, i know everyone where i live voted for Jack L NDP and people already were starting to joke around (Hey lets hope Jack becames the prime misnter!) believe me i know how you feel i feel as my votes were thrown into the trash and how on earth did CP24 News our local news got the results first? cliamed right after the polls closed at 9 PM that Harper won? i find that odd my family and myself went out to vote and only came back home to find out that Harper won again? just how?


This is why i keep saying that the democracy system is a fake, just like in europe it is.
