The issue is more complicated that you would think.
To afford our users essentially the same ability to use their uploaded pictures anywhere online, we're using our "Content Delivery Network" which is
the same high-performance multi-server international "cloud" we use for our videos and all other graphics on ATS. Once something is "pushed" to this
cloud, it's not on any one hard drive, making routine deletion rather difficult.
The provider has a "beta" version of an API that will enable us to programatically purge the cloud's cache of specific files, but it's not quite ready
for prime-time. As soon as we're satisfied with the functionality, we will be offering the ability to delete uploaded images.
For now... don't upload anything you may need to soon delete.
