This operator of a website which provides information on police and informants is angry with the system that put him jail for selling marijuana based
on information provided by crack and herion addicts. Police believe the website jeopardizes undercover officers and informants.
A North Shore man's Web site that encourages the posting of informants' identities and personal information about law enforcement officers is drawing
criticism from authorities in Oklahoma.
The ``Who's A Rat'' site (www.whosarat.com) was not put on the Internet last week to endanger law officers or informants, said founder Sean Bucci.
Instead, it was posted to assist defense attorneys and defendants with limited resources prepare for trial, he said.

A secret police force is reminiscent of nazis and the soviet union. There should no place in America where a secret police force is acceptable. I
applaud the website and the courage of it's operator.
