I agree totally, it increases a risk that is there everyday, when a certain group goes quiet then the real # will hit the fan and its the
quiet times that are dangerous. Even when America took out and killed Bin Ladin it was a secret operation with minimal notice for the Pakastani
government, so Silence is most deadly in my book. At least when the threat level is upped you can be sure security is tightest, its when then take
the foot off the pedal.
