This I gotta share as soon as I've just confirmed the link -- a one-hour UFO documentary from the Russian Space Agency that aired on official Russian government TV on September 26.

tvroscosmos.ru...

It'll take me awhile to look it over, but that's no use in delaying passing on the news.

An awful lot of bad hoax (even Adamski ripoff and alien autopsy) footage there but also a smattering of cool non-UFO footage. Real gun-camera footage is too much to expect. I guess that would be against the apparent purpose of this dog-and-unicorn show.

I don't know how really significant this video is, but let's put Goggle Translate to work to get some idea what it's all about:

Twenty years of the Ministry of Defence covered up the existence of the videotape. We see a spacious room. At the tables - people in the Soviet military uniform. In front of them - the sealed envelopes. A man in plain clothes officers enter a state of hypnosis. Only now get the cards from the envelopes of some areas. Further even looks funny - being in a trance military hands over the smooth drive these cards. Their task - to see what the enemy troops and equipment are in the area. The experimental results are stunning!
This film - video report of the special secret military unit 10003, or to put "civil" language, the Centre for UFO technology. Just today, two decades later, the unit commander, Lieutenant-General Alexei Savin, and other members of these secret programs were able to reveal their secrets in front of TV cameras.
"Sensational" footage of secret bases where the military reveal the dead aliens and twirl in the hands of debris "flying saucers", is now nothing but laughter is not called. Just barely layman would think that belief in the reality of UFOs has been undermined by the efforts of the military itself - it was the best guarantee of secrecy of research.
In fact, the problem of military UFO studied very actively. Back in the late 70s of the twentieth century, the General Staff sent a special military units, particularly a secret directive to "hunt" for extraterrestrial intelligence. And the military is not interested in the Mythical flying saucers, but quite different, much more powerful weapons the aliens against whom the earth's war machine is always rendered powerless. This ability to bend to his will is not just any enemy, but his weapon. It was October 4, 1982, when UFO caught in fighting crew management system of an entire division of the Strategic Missile Forces - General Staff documents about this emergency will be presented in the film.
But, having started as a pursuit of something alien, these studies led the researchers themselves suddenly take another look at the possibility of the man himself. In the film, in real time, military experts will carry out a dialogue with telepathic aliens .... And the whole course of the experiment will be fixed electronic devices. So, like crazy as it sounds, there really aliens? They do control everything that happens on planet Earth?
Opened the picture was truly frightening. Perhaps this is because all the military program to study the UFO technology several years ago, has quietly closed, and virtually all professionals work closely on the problem, were forced to leave the army. Moreover, some well-known scientists, conducting similar studies and reached them up to certain limits, voluntarily ceased to deal with them. This was one of his last interviews (recording 2006), just told the world-renowned scientist, Academician Natalia Petrovna spondylitis.
The filmmakers set out to tell the real UFO research, relying exclusively on short stories and experiments dealing with the problem of "official" military specialists and scientists. For the first time will be represented not only the top-secret documents only recently, and videos - for the film will be shown a series of experiments on the technology of UFOs, which were held in closed labs.

I don't speak Russian, but I watched the documentary nonetheless.
A lot of questionable footage,
but it really depends on what is said to make a final decision.
The style, as well as some of the footage, reminds me of The Secret KGB Ufo Files.

Seems really odd to be coming directly from The Russian Space Agency. Hopefully a video of this pops up with subtitles since we can't really know what they are saying. All the same, thanks for sharing OP, I doubt many of us here would look for UFO/Alien evidence on the Russian Space Agency website lol.

The final postscript has comments from Ukrainian cosmonaut Leonid Kadenyuk, who makes some comment on John Glenn's space sightings -- that I can't figure out. I'll try harder.

This little tidbit is about air-traffic controllers in Siberia who claim a UFO buzzed the tower. The video (in Russian) shows the radar display and gives their explanation. They also said they heard what sounded like a woman's voice (perhaps coming from the unidentified traffic) breaking in on their communication.
