Wall St. protesters shut down Brooklyn Bridge

Top Story on the BBC:

About 400 people from the Occupy Wall Street protest movement have been arrested on New York City's Brooklyn Bridge, police say.

Some of the protesters said police had allowed them on to the roadway and were escorting them across when they were surrounded and the arrests began.

I Wonder how long it will be before they are instructed to sideline the Reports on this.

The only way medias cover the protests is if protesters do things like that, like blocking a bridge. More power to them.

What makes me mad enough to spit is that on May 1 2006 a quarter of a million illegal aliens rallied in Los Angeles and the Police would not say "Boo" to them. This is a peaceful assembly of 'Legal' american citizens and they are getting treated like terrorists.

Sounds like the worker is brainwashed by sean hannity since he calls them hippies those people arent hippies well atleast not all of them even kids are protesting.

I have been watching the live feed all day and the person filming did not record the people entering the bridge but he said they wear block in by police and forced onto the bridge so that they could be arrested.

Btw I believe you, I myself was watching the live feed on and off all yesterday and last night. The NYPD, who are in the pockets on JP Morgan, caused this not the protestors.

People keep mentioning, that Global Consciousness is what's happening...but, how do you know...TPTB aren't making these events? How can we be CERTAIN this isn't some type of Psy-op? And another question: why are there so many YOUNG PEOPLE? Shouldn't people in their mid 30's to early 50's be the ones protesting?
